Stage 1: Free, No-Obligation Consultations

The journey begins!

When you sit down with one of our expert consultants, whether in-person or through phone, Zoom, or email, we’ll explore the many options for your project. We’ll chat about style and design possibilities to make sure your vision is spot on.

Our team will also walk you through the pricing and payment options, so you know exactly where you stand financially. Plus, we’ll go over the finer details of the contract and the administration, so you’re fully informed about the paperwork.

By the end of our chat, you’ll feel well-informed and ready to tackle the next steps with confidence.

Stage 2: Contract Administration

Let’s make it official!

During the initial contract administration for your construction project, you will need to furnish us with a set of documents. This includes your financial details, which will help us assess the budgetary framework of the project, as well as land and ownership information to establish legal standing. Additionally, a copy of your certificate of title is required to confirm ownership and ensure all legalities are in place.

To kickstart the approval process, you’ll also be asked to pay a one-time Preliminary Services Fee. This covers the initial groundwork and administrative tasks necessary to move forward efficiently and effectively with your project.

Stage 3: Design and Planning

Now the fun really begins.

Finalise your design and style preferences, including colour schemes, finishes, fixtures, and fitting options.

Meanwhile, we’ll be busy arranging all drawings, engineering and site reports, energy rating reports, and council building applications as part of our standard price.

This stage consists of a few steps:

  • Development approval submission (approx. 3 months)
  • Building approval submission (approx. 2 months)
  • Final quote preparation (approx. 2 months)

Once all approvals have been received and a deposit paid, we will then purchase all the appropriate materials via our construction management program and schedule a time to commence the construction of your new home.

Stage 4: Construction

Your vision becomes a reality!

It’s time to build your new home at our secure construction facility.

These controlled conditions ensure the highest quality standards through the entire 3-stage construction phase.

And building your home off-site doesn’t mean you can’t be involved in the process.

That’s why your building supervisor will be on hand to provide updates and ensure that the agreed specifications are being met down to the finest detail.

The 3-stage building phase:

  1. 1st Fix – flooring, standing of walls, completion of roofing
  2. Lockup – wall linings, insulation, internal electrical wiring and plumbing, doors and windows
  3. 2nd Fix – internal joinery, kitchen, bathroom, tiling, painting plus all fixtures and fittings.

Stage 5: Practical Completion and Delivery

The moment you’ve been waiting for!

We’ve successfully delivered your new home and it now sits perfectly perched on your land.

We’ll simply acquaint you with your new surroundings, handover all remaining documents, and present you with your new keys.
