We are delighted to be announced today as North Melbourne Football Club's Tasmanian community partner!
We will be working closely with the North Kangaroos to help deliver unique schools programs into Tasmania, engaging more than 4,000 primary school kids each year.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to have Systembuilt on-board and together, we’ll be aiming to double our schools program to include a record 30 schools in 2014 and beyond,” North CEO Carl Dilena said.
“Together with Systembuilt we will also roll out our exciting schools football program in the Hobart area which includes more than four weeks training for Grade 3 and 4 students, teaching the importance of physical activity and good nutrition.”
We were an important part of North’s match day activation at Blundstone Arena in today's Round 17, where the club took on – and beat – the Saints.
"Systembuilt is excited about the new partnership with North Melbourne and we look forward to helping establish strong Tasmanian support through these community programs,” National Sales & Operations Manager Michael Leisavnieks said.
Along with the Kangaroos, we have also teamed up with the University of Tasmania to deliver programs with Human Movement students implementing them as part of their course requirements.
Our involvement with the club and the Kanga Kids program will provide a memorable experience for children at a special clinic at North Hobart Oval on Hobart with colouring posters, colouring pencils, loom bands, rulers, pencil cases and footballs handed to attendees.
Here's to a great season!
